Nishanti Nehru

Owner/ Lawyer

Ms. Nehru is a seasoned Ontario lawyer whose practice spans Business Law, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law, bringing clients the breadth of a large firm with the personal attention of a boutique practice.

With over a decade of legal experience, Ms. Nehru has built her career from the inside out. Her eight years working directly within Ontario's court system, alongside judges, lawyers, court officers, and the public, gave her an intimate understanding of how the law actually operates in practice, not just in theory.

Her courtroom foundation was built across some of Ontario's most prominent venues. She most recently served with the Ministry of the Attorney General at Guelph Criminal Court, following four years handling family law, civil litigation, and divisional court matters at Brampton Court. Earlier in her career, she gained three years of criminal court experience at Old City Hall in downtown Toronto.

Ms. Nehru holds the Osgoode Certificate in Construction Law (OsgoodePD, 2026), a specialized credential that expands her ability to advise businesses and individuals on construction contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Today, Ms. Nehru brings this rare combination of courtroom experience and specialized training to every client matter. Whether navigating a business dispute, a criminal charge, or a complex litigation matter, clients benefit from her procedural precision, detailed document review, legislative expertise, and clear, practical guidance at every step.
